As you uncover your Purpose and begin to design your life around it. You'll create more meaningful experiences, and start living the fullest expression of you!

                                         We will be utilizing a holistic approach incorporating

                meditation, journaling, Yoga, essential oils, walks on the beach, art therapy, and more.

Workshop is all-inclusive

What's included:

- 3 nights lodging(double occupancy) at the Marriot Courtyard Carolina Beach NC. Breakfast at hotel is included. Single rooms available at an additional $300 - so bring a friend!

- healthy and nutritious lunch provided Friday and Saturday

- two dinners at wonderful local restaurants (with me!)

- all materials (handouts, journals, sketchpad, markers)

- transportation to and from Wilmington ILM airport (airfare NOT included)

My intention is to keep this a small, intimate group of women, which will allow me to give as much personal attention as possible, and also provide a safe environment for group interaction. Therefore only the first 10 registered will be accepted. I encourage you to extend this invitation to any friend you think may be interested and benefit from this work, and we can set up a short phone call to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
